Tracking Number


If your order has shipped, then there are two ways to track your order :


i) Navigate to the end of the webpage and locate the "Track My Order" button in the footer menu.




ii) You will also receive automated shipment tracking information via email and SMS updates on your phone (if you opted for it during the checkout).


The tracking number can be tracked directly on the shipping carriers tracking webpage. If the tracking number has been freshly generated, then it might not be updated in the system.  Please allow 24 - 48 hrs for the tracking to update in the system.

Order processing

 

Order processing will take one business day but at times can take up to two business days on certain SKUs. Orders are processed on business days from Monday to till Friday. 


Order processing times during peak holiday season (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year's) might be affected and may take up to three business days on certain items.


Shipping estimate


Standard estimated delivery for USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL is between 2-7 business days. 

With that being said, sometimes due to various logistical issues shipping carriers may face delays on certain routes. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can also occasionally disrupt shipping carrier services.


If for some reason there seems to be a slight delay on the shipping carrier's website and the package seems to be arriving a little later than expected, if necessary, it is best to contact the shipping carriers directly and enquire about the package before reaching out to us. We as (retailers / fulfillment centers / vendors, etc.) do not have any special insights and/or control over the logistics of the shipping carriers and we use the same tracking number and the same shipping carrier's website to check and track the shipment just like the consumers would check on their side. Once a package is shipped and in transit, nothing can be altered and there is no way to speed it up either.


During peak holiday season (Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year's), due to unprecedented record high volumes of online orders, all shipping carriers usually face extended delivery delays. In most cases orders would still get delivered within a week but in some cases, it might take two weeks or in rare cases a bit longer.


For example, in the year 2020, millions of orders that were placed online during Thanksgiving time from big and small retailers alike, were still being delivered in the month of January via USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL.
