At Redstag Supplies, we strive to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible - from browsing and ordering to delivery and returns. However, when it comes to processing returns, we need your help to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. The key? Always obtain and provide us with a valid return tracking number while sending anything back.

Why is a Return Tracking Number so Crucial?

When you make a return to Redstag Supplies, your package is not simply going back to the same distribution center it originally shipped from. Instead, all returned items are processed through a dedicated returns warehouse - but without a tracking number, your shipment could get lost in the shuffle of thousands of parcels.

Our Returns Center is essentially a black hole for any untracked package. These state-of-the-art facilities process orders from multiple retailers, receiving truckloads of returned merchandise every day. Without a tracking number linked to your order, these humungous warehouses become the proverbial needle-in-a-haystack challenge. A refund simply cannot be issued if we cannot locate your returned items.

Get Authorized First

To begin the returns process, you must contact Redstag Supplies first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This step ensures you receive the precise warehouse address for sending back your items - shipping to the incorrect location might lead to a loss of the return shipment. Your RMA number is crucial and must be written on the exterior of your return package. Any return shipments without a clearly visible RMA will be rejected/discarded upon receipt.

No Exceptions on Missing Tracking

Please understand, due to the volumes involved, Redstag Supplies cannot make any exceptions when it comes to missing return tracking numbers and RMAs. Doing so would quickly overwhelm the system. All refunds absolutely require a valid tracking number that allows us to confirm delivery and inspection of the returned merchandise. Returns not adhering to this policy cannot be processed for a refund.
