Awaiting Shipment

No action is needed. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as the carrier picks up your package and your order moves to "Shipped" status.


Shipped

What this means:

Your order is on its way! It has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and a tracking number has been generated for you.

What to expect:

Track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can monitor your package's progress until it reaches your delivery address.


Partially Shipped

What this means:

Some items from your order have been shipped, while other items are still being prepared or may be temporarily out of stock.

What to expect:

Completed

What this means:

During busy periods like holidays or sales events, processing may take a bit longer than usual. If your order has been in Awaiting Fulfillment status for more than 3 business days, please contact our support team for a status update.

"My order says Shipped but the tracking hasn't updated."

This is completely normal! Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier picks up your package. If tracking still shows no movement after 24–48 hours, feel free to reach out to us.

"Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?"
