At Redstag Supplies, we operate a network of strategically located fulfillment centers throughout the country, designed to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our advanced inventory management system automatically selects the optimal fulfillment location based on two key factors: real-time product availability and geographic proximity to your delivery address.

To maximize shipping speed and minimize transit time, we may fulfill your order from multiple distribution centers simultaneously. This intelligent routing means that if you've ordered several items, they may be dispatched from different warehouses—whichever facility has each product in stock and is closest to your location. As a result, the items in a single order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

What to Expect During Delivery

If you receive only a portion of your order initially, there's no need for concern. The remaining items are already en route and should arrive within the next few business days. We recommend allowing 2-3 additional days for all packages to be delivered before reaching out to our customer service team.

About Your Tracking Information

Please note that due to current system limitations, we can only display one tracking number per order in your confirmation email and account dashboard. The tracking number provided corresponds to the first package that ships from our facilities. While this number won't reflect the status of subsequently shipped items, we want to assure you that all components of your order are being processed and shipped according to the same rigorous standards. Each package is in transit and will be delivered to your specified address, even though separate tracking information isn't currently available through your order portal.
